You will gain new insights about your personal impact on others and about your preferred communication style. This self-knowledge leads to a higher relationship competence. This means, among other things, a higher sensitivity for the behaviour and motives of the communication partners (employees, colleagues and customers) and a better ability to communicate and cooperate as well as a high level of conflict resolution competence.
